Features of TEAC Indicators & Amplifiers

TEAC indicators and amplifiers connect to a wide range of strain-gauge load cells, platform scales, and pressure transducers to display measurement values digitally and output control signals. They are designed for load monitoring and pass/fail judgment applications in press-fitting machines, presses, lapping equipment, chip mounters, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, automotive production lines, and other industrial systems.

Color LCD Display

TEAC indicators and amplifiers are equipped with highly visible color LCD displays.

High-Speed Processing

To ensure that rapid load variations during press-fitting and pressing operations are accurately captured, high-speed processing capabilities are available with sampling rates of up to:

• 5,000 samples/sec/25,000 samples/sec

*Available on TD-9000T.

Screen Display

Users can switch between:

• 5-digit digital indication (±99,999)
• Real-time waveform display

Multi-Language Support

Screen language can be switched between:

• Japanese

Functions

Load Cell Calibration

Calibration methods can be selected according to application requirements.

Equivalent Input Calibration

Calibration is performed by manually entering values specified on the calibration certificate.

Actual Load Calibration

Calibration is performed by applying an actual load to the sensor.

• TEDS Calibration
  Calibration data stored in the load cell's internal memory is automatically read and applied.

• Diagnostic Functions
  Diagnostic features help identify sensor deterioration, overload damage, and plastic deformation.

• Static Strain Display
  Input signals can be displayed directly in strain units (μST).

  

• Disconnection Detection
  Potential sensor cable disconnection is detected and displayed with a red warning indication.

Linearization calibration (Adjustment function)
The linearity of load measurements is improved by increasing the calibration points.
After actual load calibration and equivalent input calibration, input the linearization calibration.

Available on TD-SC1(3point), TD-9000T(5point).

• I/O Terminal Check Function
  The status of control input/output signals on the rear panel can be monitored directly.
  Available on TD-9000T and TD-700T.
  For TD-700T, these functions are referred to as "Control Input Check" and "Judgment Output Check."
